Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding custom leather orders and MTO items). This is the time it takes for us to fulfill and prepare your order for shipment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically takes anywhere from 3 to 14 days.
  • Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Order Tracking:

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track the status of your shipment via the provided tracking number.

Missing or Lost Shipments:

  • Temptyr is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the shipment is confirmed as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for any delivery-related issues.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we offer shipping within the named countries acceptable through Shopify. If your location is not listed, please reach out to our customer service for assistance.

Delays:

  • Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs, etc.).
